What does final expense life insurance cover and how does it benefit seniors?

Cost of living and cost of death expenses have increased exponentially over the last several decades. Funeral expenses alone can cost families nearly $8000 or more. One of the primary benefits that comes with purchasing final expense insurance is knowing that your interests and wishes are protected. There are many different types of final expense insurance available depending on your specific needs. We work with several companies that offer a variety of plans to suit your needs. Many final expense plans cover:

  • Funeral costs, including expenses associated with burial or cremation, wakes and viewings, catering, flowers, music, and venue fees
  • Debts accumulated at your death, such as medical expenses and credit card debts
  • Legal fees such as the costs of probating a will

There are usually specific guidelines that determine when you may apply for coverage and how much coverage is available. In many cases, there are little to no health restrictions and physical exams are not required. We take you step-by-step through the entire process of applying for and obtaining a plan that you're comfortable with. By taking steps now to plan for the future, you get peace of mind knowing that your loved ones won't be burdened with unexpected expenses after you're gone.
